Ed is a former photographic agency director and Financial Times newspaper picture editor, he decided to follow his passion for photography and became a successful music photographer travelling the world to photograph some of the biggest names in the industry. Ed works globally with bases in London, Bangkok and Singapore.

 
 
 

Fast forward 20 years, Ed has forged a reputation as one of today’s most respected and sought-after creative talents. Working in advertising, editorial and marketing communications. He creates and produces award winning images and videos for some of the biggest global brands such as Coca Cola, Virgin, Vodafone to name a few.

Ed founded his own visual communication agency OneRedEye in 2006.

The agency has forged a reputation to be distinctive through its personal approach. From strategy, to photography, film, design to the production of unique digital contents that make clients brands stand out. OneRedEye has created meaningful campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Shell and Staropramen.

His passion for photography and visual communications, eye for detail and his personable manner are some of the reasons behind OneRedEye’s many success stories.

In December 2020, Ed founded the Prints for Music Initiative. Prints for Music was an online platform selling iconic prints by professional photographers with all the money raised being donated to Stagehand’s Covid-19 Crew Relief Fund. The initiative gained incredible coverage across global online and print media, selling over 1,000 prints, raising £115,000 in just 4 weeks. 100% of the proceeds were donated to Stagehand Covid crew relief fund.

Ed is a member of the Association of Photographers since 2010. He is also a member of the professional membership of the UK Picture Editors Guild and the World Photographic Academy.

Ed's awards include the One Eyeland Awards, Les Rencontres d'Arles, the Renaissance Photography Prize, and the Hasselblad Masters.
